“First in Your State” $100 offer: Terms and Conditions

1. The reward. The first person in each U.S. state and the District of Columbia to create a new Kasecraftportal.com account during the offer period receives K$100 in Kasecraft Dollars, a Reward Certificate, and the bonus gift bundle described below.
2. Kasecraft Dollars are not cash. The $100 is Kasecraft currency (K$100). It is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for U.S. currency, and may only be used on Kasecraftportal.com.
3. Offer period. The offer begins October 9, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 8, 2026, or earlier for any state once that state's reward has been claimed.
4. Who wins. The winner for each state is the first new account created during the offer period that lists that state. The state shown on the account must be where the person lives. Accounts created before the offer period are not eligible. The site's records of when each account was created are final.
5. One offer per person. Each person may receive this reward only once, for one state, no matter how many accounts, states, or email addresses they use.
6. No transfers, delays, or reservations. The offer cannot be transferred to another person, delayed, or reserved for a different time frame. It is awarded automatically when the winning account is created.
7. The bonus gift bundle. Winners also receive: 30 days of free Kasecraft membership (Moot Court, unlimited Kasecrafter documents, the Trial Binder and Evidence Builder, and other member features), starting when the account is created; the option to print Kasecraft Dollar notes from their balance on the Kasecrafter Dollars page; and a place on a list to be notified about discounted paralegal and attorney services if and when those services become available. Being on the list does not guarantee that the services will be offered, or at any particular price. Bonus gifts may be used only on Kasecraftportal.com and have no cash value.
8. Fair play. Accounts that use false information, automated sign-ups, or other attempts to get around these terms are not eligible. Kasecraftportal.com may withhold, cancel, or reverse any reward obtained that way.
9. Changes. Kasecraftportal.com may end or change this offer if required by law. Rewards already awarded will be honored under the terms in effect when they were awarded. Void where prohibited.
